I had two photo sessions in a row at Chautauqua under the awesome Flatirons in Boulder; I’m one lucky girl!!!

These guys are like family – he’s actually the brother of my husband’s brother’s wife.  Got that??!  They are the sweetest, most beautiful, fashionable, hip and fun family (they would laugh and shake their heads at that) and their little guy is no different.  What an honor to document and preserve this precious time and tender age.  Thanks for the privilege and the tons of fun we had!!

So GORGEOUS she is, right??!

THIS is why I *love* the Colorado mountains!

Great set of pictures C. Nice work.

This fall has been unusually mild and we have had some AMAZING summer-like weather.  A portrait photographer’s dream in the

busy months as the holiday rush begins.  These guys are another repeat client (and a favorite) of mine!

They had these gorgeous, cuddly, fall sweaters just for this phoot shoot, but by the end of our time together, I think they were sweating

and ready for the t-shirts!  Thanks for so much fun tromping around the foothills!  You guys are always so great!

LOVE this face!  Trouble, you think?!  🙂

BLUE eyes, oh, yes!

What do you get when you combine the most sincere and fun family with the beautiful mountains of Colorado, the idyllic town of Breckenridge, Colorado and the warm and yummy autumn light that just makes everything look better?  You get the exact experience I had during this A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. photo session.  This wonderful family is the heart and soul and leadership behind the youth program at our church, so I was really excited to work with them, and not just a little nervous about doing a good job!  They made it easy, though, and we had a ton of fun in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains!

This is the third photo session I have had with this completely sweet and fun family, and I hope there will be many, many more.  Their two boys are so CUTE and fun!  You may notice more of the little guy.  Big brother wasn’t so interested in the whole “family picture” idea, but by the end we had him convinced it wasn’t nearly as bad as he had originally thought.  We just had a ton of fun playing and walking in the trees at a nearby park and enjoying the summer sun.

See?  Eventually he decided it wasn’t so bad for me to take his picture!  We had a TON of fun playng and running together – thanks for another great session!
